Two of the original images were found to be corrupted:
green/montage/17788_00449_CH1.tif
green/montage/17788_03614_CH1.tif

The originals were saved in similarly-named files with ".orig" appended.

Symlinks were made to adjacent images to facilitate stack processing.
17788_00449_CH1.tif -> 17788_00448_CH1.tif
17788_03614_CH1.tif -> 17788_03613_CH1.tif

The PI, Hongkui Zeng, has reviewed the location of the images and they are
in a location of the brain that is not important for this experiment.
